Since he started his own design business, Golfscapes (1984), Jeff Brauer has built close to 50 new golf courses and been a part of over 100 renovation projects. In 2004, Jeff earned the Golf Digest honor of having designed the "Best New Upscale Public Golf Course" at the Quarry & Legend Courses at Giants Ridge in northern Minnesota. In 2005, Jeff earned the same honor from Golf Digest for his work at The Wilderness at Fortune Bay.
